JOB SUMMARY/PURPOSE: Perform a variety of administrative support duties to the Vacation Station school-age program.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Education

• High school graduate or equivalent

Knowledge/Skills

• Knowledge of organizational and management skills, basic math, bookkeeping skills, database, spreadsheet, and other software. Oral and written communication skills, basic office skills including telephone, copier and computer.
  
  Ability to be flexible and solve problems using sound judgement. Ability to meet deadlines and desire to work with parents and children. Must be able to establish and maintain relationships with adults and children.

Experience

• At least 18 years of age. Two or more years secretarial experience preferred

Hours: 8:00-4:30

Salary: $16.96 (23-24 rate)

$17.64 starting July 1st
