To continue our rapid growth, we' re hiring a Vice President of Sales
This role is for you if:

Responsibilities:
Mentor and manage sales team to deliver best in class service to new and existing clients.
Create a culture of accountability, success, and fun.
Determine client targets, generate sales leads, and lead the effort to cultivate those targets into clients for the sales team in both mid-market and enterprise accounts.
Create and maintain high level client relationships to maintain our stellar brand reputation.
Partner with the recruiting team and team leads to ensure we deliver high quality talent to our clients.
Serve as the point of escalation for assigned team regarding client needs, consultant issues, and internal obstacles.
Negotiate contracts and rates with clients.
Attract, hire, train, develop, motivate, and retain sales staff. Experience Required:
Minimum 15 years successful IT staffing sales experience
3-5 Years managing/coaching sales team both experienced and junior level
5 years leading sales for IT staffing/solutions categories
Demonstrated understanding of SoWs and selling SoW based solutions.
Strong communication and organizational skills that will help the sales team maintain a level of activity that includes prospecting, scheduling client meetings, pipelining qualified requirements, and generating revenue
Proven track record of exceeding target goals while in a production or management role
Proven track record of managing enterprise accounts
Proven track record of building relationships with executive sponsors at large enterprises
A bachelor' s degree in business, management, sales, or related field
Strong work ethic motivated by results
Knowledge of, and relationships with, leading MSP executives is a plus. Why Work for Akraya:
