We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Revenue Operations to drive effective revenue operational management and support the global field sales initiatives. This role involves managing revenue growth strategy and execution, operations, customer success, enablement, and data analysis. The ideal candidate will collaborate with senior leaders to drive annual revenue operations planning cycles, align cross-functional businesses, and optimize processes and technologies to support revenue growth across all routes to market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Revenue Growth Strategy & Execution:

  • Drive effective revenue operational management in collaboration with the Revenue Leadership Team.

  • Develop and execute strategies to support global sales initiatives.

  • Oversee operations, customer success, enablement, and data analysis.

  • Collaboration & Planning:

  • Collaborate with senior leaders to drive annual revenue operations planning cycles.

  • Ensure alignment across cross-functional businesses.

  • Partner with sales leadership to identify strategic priorities and opportunities.

  • Oversee objectives and key results, focusing on high-impact initiatives.

  • Process & Technology Development:

  • Develop and influence new processes and technologies to optimize revenue growth globally including quoting and Deal Desk.

  • Manage tools such as Hubspot and Gainsight to streamline operations.

  • Cross-Functional Partnerships:

  • Build strong working relationships with executives and key leaders across GTM teams (e.g., product, engineering, marketing, IT, finance).

  • Team Management:

  • Build, develop, and manage a diverse team of high-performing managers.

  • Drive effective onboarding, ongoing training, and retention with a strong remote culture.

  • Ensure team alignment with company values ( Customer Advocacy, Alignment, Trust, Grit, Elevate Others) and mission.

  • Performance Analytics:

  • Partner with GTM Teams and Sales Strategy to leverage performance analytics.

  • Influence cross-functional revenue programs and escalate relevant topics.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in business and operational leadership roles in a global SaaS Sales environment.

  • Proven track record of crafting strategic vision and making data-driven business decisions.

  • History of achieving customer retention and expansion sales goals.

  • Strong sales acumen with a customer-centric mentality.

  • Demonstrated experience in data analytics or intelligence operations.

  • Management experience in a highly-matrixed company, influencing at an executive level.

  • Proven ability to lead a diverse, high-performing team across geographical regions.

  • Experience managing managers, senior managers, and directors.

  • Passion for operations, data intelligence, and enablement in a global environment.

  • Exceptional written/verbal communication and presentation skills.

  • Ability to work independently with high accountability and exceptional interpersonal skills.

  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, unpredictable environment.

  • Unquestionable ethics, integrity, and business judgment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated success in engaging at an executive level both internally and externally.

  • Strong ability to interact and influence effectively with C-level executives and senior leaders.
