As the Vice President of Revenue Marketing reporting to the CMO, you will lead the integrated demand generation strategy and program execution for new customer acquisition, expansion/cross sell and retention motions.

In this position, you are an integral part of the HUMAN leadership team who can collaborate cross functionally with Sales, Marketing, Revenue Operations and Executive Leadership to grow pipeline and drive new business growth. The Revenue Marketing team drives demand for new business growth by managing the marketing demand function and sales development function so that the demand engine is tightly aligned and operating efficiently. The demand leader has proven experience with GTM planning and development on integrated campaigns that are aligned with sales plays to meet quarterly and annual revenue targets. The programs are executed globally and results are tracked for ROI analysis and decision making. You will own a pipeline target number and own program budget to deliver a constant flow of qualified pipeline to meet short and long term sales targets. The SDR function also plays a pivotal role in generating pipeline from Marketing generated leads (inbound) and from pro-active outreach to a customer segment and/or ABM contacts to generate qualified meetings for field sellers. You are a player/coach and will lead a team responsible to manage digital demand (SEO, Paid Media, Display Ads, Content Syndication, Website), Campaign creation and oversee marketing operations functions that leverages a modern automation and martech stack along with managing the SDR function. You will work closely with Revenue Operations on setting targets, ensuring lead flow is optimized and providing leadership with trends and insights.

What You'll Do

  • Global demand strategy, plans and execution that are aligned with company targets and segments

  • Drive new business growth and pipeline creation by creating integrated campaigns across all digital channels and provide support for regional field/partner activities. The global demand center of excellence includes SEO, Paid Media, Digital Display, email, ABM, webinars.

  • Work closely with Sales and Revenue Operations to collaborate on GTM planning and set Marketing pipeline targets and drive weekly OppGen reviews

  • Build, execute and measure campaigns across buyers journey from awareness, consideration, demo/evaluation, purchase, retention and advocacy.

  • Ensure that the campaigns support new product capabilities launches, partnerships, service offerings for new acquisition, expansion, cross sell and nurture streams.

  • Align closely with sales and revenue operations on lead workflow, campaign follow up and OppGen dashboard

  • Collaborate and coordinate efforts across product marketing, sales, communications, content and creative teams to build and execute integrated demand generation programs

  • Manage and report on marketing operations to define campaign KPIs, analyze performance and continually improve how we deploy, track and measure campaign effectiveness.

  • Provide ongoing campaign reporting, pacing towards goals to stakeholders and share learnings and uncover trends

  • Drives weekly OppGen reviews and have a daily focus on OppGen.

  • Digital demand strategy - owns web strategy and create a website that is a lead gen engine (improve customer experience and site contains engaging content)

  • Provide pro-active insights to trends, communicates findings and continuously refine and optimize demand programs.

  • Measure of success: exceed global and regional opportunity generation targets

Who You Are:

  • 12+ years leading a marketing team with expertise in developing and guiding integrated B2B campaigns

  • Team leadership experience (player/coach) - Internal teams and outside agencies

  • Extensive experience with B2B end to end GTM motions

  • Experience in a fast paced, high growth B2B market (Cyber, Services, Software, Cloud Infrastructure, Networking).

  • Ability to think strategically and drive execution in collaboration with multiple, geographically dispersed groups - Global experience

  • Solid understanding of marketing automation tools, ABM, content management systems, web development platforms, web analytics tools and SDR tools to ensure an optimal tech stack along with solid knowledge of Salesforce

  • Expertise in digital marketing best practices, including digital advertising and media, measurement and analytics, SEO, SEM, display advertising, and content syndication

  • Experience managing global websites - deep understanding of information architecture, user experience, web design, digital content strategy, localization, search, conversion optimization, testing, and analytics

  • Excellent project management skills with exceptional attention to detail and follow up

  • Exceptional relationship management skills - extensive experience working with international teams

  • Results oriented and data-driven approach with excellent analytical skills for decision making

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; Ability to communicate effectively across the organization at all levels including Sr Leadership team

The base pay range for this position is $200,000- $240,000 which can include additional on-target commission pay/bonus. The base pay offered may vary depending on location, job related knowledge, skills, and experience. Stock options and other incentive pay may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, depending on the position ultimately offered.
