As the Vice President of Retirement Solutions Marketing, you will be responsible for driving product marketing strategy for Fidelity's Target Date, Retirement Income and Health Savings Account (HSA) investment offerings. You will own the development of investment product go-to-market plans and programs that differentiate Fidelity's retirement expertise and investment solutions to consultants, advisors, defined contribution plan sponsors and human resource executives. This position requires collaboration with business partners across our asset management, investment solutions and innovation group, Workplace Services and FIAM distribution channels, and corporate communications.
Your role is to be marketing ambassador for Fidelity's line of investment products and solutions designed to help clients live a comfortable life in retirement.
The Expertise You Have
Minimum of 10 years of marketing experience
Bachelors and/or Masters degree
Financial services background required
Proven understanding of the retirement landscape
Experience bringing large, cross-functional teams together
Comfort working in a dynamic environment with a willingness to adapt
Ability to influence and establish relationships
