Who you are:

As the Vice President of Product at Semios, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the global agriculture Industry - through innovative solutions and digital transformation. You will lead our Product Organization, driving innovation, fostering collaboration, enabling ecosystem adoption, and spearheading the development of solutions that address the evolving needs of our customers and the industry at large. This role reports directly to the CEO.

What you will do:

Product Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy aligned with the company's vision, goals, and market demands.

Leadership: Recruit, lead, and inspire a talented team of Product Managers while fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous growth. This role also sits on the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) and will contribute to and lead the direction and strategy for the whole company.

Product Innovation: Drive product innovation by leveraging market insights, emerging technologies, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities and enhance existing solutions. This includes advising the CEO and ELT on M&A origination when strategically important.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Field Operations, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless alignment and execution of product initiatives.

CustomerFocus: Champion a customer-centric approach to product development, prioritizing user experience, value delivery, and customer satisfaction.

Performance Monitoring: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the success and impact of product initiatives, regularly reporting progress to senior leadership.

Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory developments, leveraging insights to inform product decisions and strategies.

Risk Management: Identify potential risks and challenges related to product development, implementation, and adoption, proactively mitigating issues to ensure successful outcomes.

Requirements

We want you to succeed, so you will need:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; Master’s or advanced degree preferred.

• Proven track record of success in product management or related roles, with at least 10 years of experience in technology or a relevant industry.
• Demonstrated leadership experience, including building and managing high-performing teams.
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable product strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across functions and levels of the organization.
• Passion for innovation, technology, and agriculture, with a deep understanding of industry trends, challenges, and opportunities.
• Results-oriented mindset, with a focus on driving measurable impact and value for customers and the business.
• Experience working in a product-led organization and familiarity with agile methodologies is highly desirable.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally as per business needs.

Salary range: USD $217,000 to $280,000 base per year, plus target bonus

Please note that the base pay offered may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and experience, as well as geographic location.
