Product Marketing at Tapad means understanding the marketplace and ensuring our products are a clear and innovative solution for that marketplace. Product Marketing drives the input to product development with market intelligence, competitive analysis, product value mapping and feature prioritization. Product Marketing also drives product success with market strategy, product positioning, packaging, pricing, sales enablement and external communication. This team provides the voice of product and works cross-functionally with Product Management, Corporate Marketing, Sales and Sales Support to ensure that voice is heard. As the team's decision maker, you will set the vision and process for the team. As the player/coach, you'll demonstrate and execute against the team's goals and ensure delivery of quality projects. You'll work intimately with cross-functional leads to ensure that Product Marketing is a high-functioning team.

Lead a team of marketplace experts on ad tech/mar tech, monitoring industry trends and competitors
Lead the adoption of Tapad solutions with compelling positioning, naming, and key selling points that clearly articulate and differentiate Tapad in the marketplace
Set the framework and ensure quality execution of sales enablement materials including pitch decks, case studies, sales sheets, white papers, and more
Work in concert with corporate marketing to enforce brand guidelines and ensure a consistent voice within the business unit
Own and lead Tapad customer advisory board. From customer and market, influence product strategy and product roadmap development with Product Management
Manage go-to-market plans for new products across functional teams including Sales, Sales Development, Client Services, and Corporate Marketing to achieve financial goals
Create and execute programs and materials that foster thought leadership in the industry
Manage internal and external (e.g. contracted) product marketing, design and copywriting resources
Build a team and mentor product marketers
5+ years of experience in Product Marketing leadership, Commercialization, or other relevant roles
Strong understanding of the digital ad ecosystem and emerging technologies
Experience leading a team analyzing products, customers, market dynamics and opportunities
Superior written and verbal communication skills
Ability to understand complex technical capabilities and translate it into clear and concise value-based positioning in a rapidly changing marketplace
Possess creative flair to bring fresh ideas into product positioning, packaging and pricing
Superb project management skills
Self-motivated, efficient multitasking with an ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment
