This role is within Corporate Technology, as a Product Manager for applications which support the daily needs of risk managers and financial professionals.

The Corporate Technology (CT) organization develops applications and provides technology support for corporate functions across JPMorgan Chase, including Global Finance, Corporate Treasury, Risk Management, Human Resources, Compliance, Legal, and all functions within the Corporate Administrative Office (CAO).

CT teams are aligned with corporate partners' evolving technology needs and the firm's ever expanding technology controls agenda. A top CT priority is building scalable corporate systems.

The team is responsible for providing the data backbone to the Finance organization storing all finance information, calculating aggregations, and supporting internal management reporting and external regulatory reporting. The Product Management team works closely with the development team and business partners to deliver data management tools, calculators and financial reporting engines. The team is looking for a candidate with Product Management or Project Execution experience paired with strong business analysis and technical skills.

Responsibilities of the role include:

  • Work across technology and business clients to deliver and support business aligned solutions, including development of roadmap and prioritization

  • Drive SDLC best practices across the team, including continuous integration, automated testing, and focus on end to end quality of the delivery

  • Work collaboratively with the development team, sharing ideas to solve complex and challenging business problems

  • Partner with technology and business teams to understand the current reporting workflow and design innovative solutions

  • Define testing strategy and approach

  • Govern agile process and development for broader team

  • Understand cross-dependencies with other technology and business teams to define solutions

  • 7+ years' experience in Product Management, Project Execution or Business Analysis

  • Must have strong communication skills

  • Technical background encouraged

  • Experience working with development teams

  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies

  • Experience in end to end release management of applications including design, development and testing

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science/Software Engineering (or related fields)

  • Experience working as part of Finance/Regulatory reporting team a big plus

The Role The DWM / You Invest Trade Support Manager will be responsible for overseeing numerous functions spanning team management, new product implementation, trade flow management, platform support, T+0 trade support, order rule governance, and hands on resolution of complex, ad hoc issues. In this role, they will need an in depth understanding of product flows, as well as rules and regulations, with particular focus on Market Access and Reg T. They will also need the industry knowledge to partner with Legal, Risk, and Compliance, relative to daily operations, and strategic business / regulatory agendas. The role requires a willingness to take on a challenging and complex suite of products, and learn quickly in a high volume and constantly changing environment. Strong communication skills are a necessity, as this role requires a strong leader, and includes heavy interaction with front office and the trading desks. This role also requires strong project management skills, as the suitable candidate should be able to develop, lobby, and implement strategic agendas relative to product scope, operating model, and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities: * Work with Front Office Product Desks, Investors, Financial Advisors, Product Owners, and Client Service on trades in respective asset classes * Interface with Operations on trade booking, fail management, exception processing, and ad hoc queries * Respond to inquiries as requires * Review daily reconciliation reports * Compile MIS data for management * Document procedures and process flows, and ensure they are kept accurate * Assist in developing and reviewing documented test plans, and coordination of UAT * Assist in the development of training materials * Work on various projects related to Middle Office, administration, Risk, Compliance, and operations * Coordinate with various areas of Operations, Middle Office, Finance, IT, Risk, Compliance, and Senior Management on business requirements, procedures and processes * Assist with day to day Front Office, Client and Broker inquiries * Assist with monthly management reporting Required: * Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills * 12+ years tangible industry experience (preferably in operations, clearing, compliance, and settlements) * Knowledge of securities industry and applicable regulatory requirements * Process driven, and at ease with responding to high pressure deadlines * Experience in workflow analysis, documentation, and project management * High aptitude for critical thinking, and ability develop and articulate complex agendas * Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills * Ability to multi-task and be detail oriented * Must have a control-oriented mindset, and experience with regulatory influences (e.g. FINRA and SEC) * Must be a team player * Bachelor's degree in Finance/Economics/Business highly preferred * Series 99 (and Series 7/63/24 is a plus) Jpmorgan Chase & Co.
