Experian is looking for a Vice President of Product Management to join our Global Identity and Fraud team, which is a part of our Decision Analytics business. In this position, you will report directly to the SVP, Product Management and oversee the core capabilities and services that is offered as part of our flagship CrossCore Identity and Risk Platform.

What you'll be doing
CrossCore is our flagship Identity and Risk Platform. It enables our clients to integrate once, and have access to best in class identity and fraud services through simple orchestration. As VP of Product Management, you'll have end-to-end responsibility of CrossCore's capabilities and services. This will encompass our market-leading device recognition and consortia data sharing services, fraud intelligence, identity verification, and risk-based authentication services
This is a global role covering full product life cycle role spanning strategy, product development, and operational management of the product. Expect to spend time with clients understanding their problems as well as engineering teams writing requirements, participating in the Agile development ceremonies and planning out roadmaps. We're looking for a strong collaborator with a problem-solving mindset to keep us a step ahead of fraud.

Product Managers (PMs) in the Global ID & Fraud team are owners and drivers. You will manage a team of Product Managers, be a thought leader, and provide visible leadership via regular communication forums. You will also be the voice of the product, both externally to the market and internally to colleagues dedicated to the product line. You will help teams build products from existing ideas and help develop new ideas based on your experience and conversations with customers and developers.
You must possess a unique blend of business and technical savvy; a big-picture vision, and the drive to make that vision a reality. You enjoy spending time in the market to understand their problems and find innovative solutions for the broader market. What your background looks like
10 years in Product leadership role in a SAAS company in the Fraud or Identity space
Have conceptualized and brought new product concepts to market, and grew them to market leadership
Experience in Financial Services, Ecommerce space preferred
Experience with device, authentication and IAM technologies a strong plus
Familiarity with Agile software development lifecycle
Have built and managed world class Product Teams
Understanding of and experience managing technology/infrastructure projects
Understanding and application of change management competencies
Ability to influence and build productive relationships with key stakeholders, with confidence to push back where necessary
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
