Job Description

The Vice President, Precision Standards & Activation is responsible for leading the Precision Standards team in managing programmatic ad-technology partners as it relates to media and ad operations. The ideal candidate must enjoy operating in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and competitive environment with a focus on success. Key activities include, managing Precision Verified for emerging channels, ad serving and brand safety technologies, on-going partner management, tracking and analyzing partner performance and acting as a subject matter expect for agencies and clients.

Precision Verified is Publicis Media's proprietary certification process indicating that a partner meets market-critical criteria and platform functionality meets Groupe standards. The VP is responsible for over-seeing a thorough vetting process to ensure a pulse on marketplace changes and client needs.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with, and under the supervision of, the SVP, Precision Standards & Partnerships to lead Precision Verified for emerging channels (DOOH, CTV, Audio), ad serving (DCO), PMDs and brand safety platforms

  • Manage ad tech partners including facilitating partnership communication (internally and externally), ensuring partner strategy aligns with the needs of Publicis Groupe agencies and clients, and proactively managing marketplace dynamics

  • Develop and spearhead the criteria and vetting process for nascent emerging channels , including management of partner product roadmaps and delivery against product goals

  • Own RFI process for Verified partner compliance which includes collaborating with agency stakeholders and trading teams

  • Own drafting and development of all related content in the form of both internal and external POV's, webinars and training materials

  • Educate legal on business and product use cases to ensure contract alignment

  • Develop and provide reporting for executive leadership on partner status and performance

  • Stay abreast on marketplace trends to educate and future-proof agencies and clients against evolving marketplace

  • Manage partner business deliverables and act as escalation point for agency/client challenges

  • Direct management of 2-3 high performing team members

Qualifications

  • 7-10 years digital media experience

  • Agency & programmatic experience including familiarity with both agency and programmatic advertising business models

  • Experience working with programmatic demand side platforms (DOOH, CTV), ad servers and other ad tech vendors

  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines and strong follow through

  • Eagerness and ability to learn and retain new substantive matters quickly

  • Ability to juggle a high volume work flow and adapt to shifting priorities

  • Self-motivated problem solver; comfortable wearing different hats

  • Ability to demonstrate sound judgement even in ambiguous situations; demonstrate use of critical thinking techniques

  • Strong interpersonal capabilities, ability to develop strong trust-based relationships with internal and external teams.

  • Ability to work independently while being able to contribute successfully to cross-functional teams

  • Strong written and oral communication skills

Job Summary: Responsible for developing a controls-based testing program following a COSO audit framework or similar structure. Evaluate and update baseline testing scripts for AML, SANCTIONS, ANTI-BRIBERY & CORRUPTION to ensure a consistent standard testing approach globally. In addition, this individual is responsible for assessing the regional testing programs and contribute to the creation and monitoring of a quality assurance program for Financial Crimes Testing activity. Requires prior experience with training. Major Responsibilities: * Evaluate the baseline testing programs of AML, SANCTIONS, ANTI-BRIBERY & CORRUPTION. * Responsible for standards and best practices of an end-to-end testing process (planning, fieldwork, reporting) * Determine consistency between Global Standards and region's testing program Standards and Practices. * Develop regional test scripts with detailed obligations per country constituting MUFG's Asia region. * Provide the support and guidance, in particular though testing subject matter expertise, to the regional testing functions regarding sanctions and sanctions related issues. * Establishes and maintains an annual test plan for the primary business of oversight of the regional baseline testing function. Field sanctions questions and provide guidance on elements of sanctions baseline testing process. Review the written reports and exam findings prepared by the regional testing team which summarizes the Objectives, Scope, Findings and Conclusions for each sanctions related test which was conducted. * Review the appropriateness of risk ratings and Action Plans to address control remediation efforts derived from testing activity. Qualifications: * At least 7 years of experience within the financial crimes area of a global bank or financial services industry preferred & experience with performing compliance testing, quality control/assurance processes. Audit experience a plus. * Minimum of 5 years of experience leading testing efforts or exposure to quality control or quality management functions and results. * Working knowledge of sanctions and AML compliance laws and regulations and the ability to discern moderate to complex requirements. * Working knowledge of specific sanctions and AML compliance laws and regulations pertaining to the Asia region. * Excellent judgment and analytical skills.
