Candidate will manage credit and reporting activities for oil and gas portfolio consisting of traditional reserve-based lending, midstream, and oilfield services borrowers at a regulated financial institution . Portfolio Account Manager will present credit reviews and/or amendments to Credit Risk Management for approval in conjunction with underwriting and business development colleagues. Portfolio Account Manager will work within a multi-office team environment to close new and existing transactions with credit, legal, and environmental groups within the bank. Portfolio Account Manager will also execute and coordinate internal and external reporting functions and special projects communicating with Credit Risk Management, Senior Management, Loan Review, and regulatory entities.

  • Analyzing financial statements and petroleum engineering reports of energy companies to develop credit underwriting theses

  • Developing and analyzing financial models to support repayment analysis

  • Ability to read and understand complex legal documents, including Credit Agreements, Depository Agreements, and Intercreditor Agreements

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual credit reviews on existing portfolio

  • Process amendments, consents, and waiver requests on a timely basis

  • Underwrite new transactions managing external resources such as legal and engineering consultants

  • Manage multiple internal constituents including legal, environmental, credit and loan operations to closee new and existing transactions

  • Assist with internal and external management reporting and other special projects, as requested


  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting

  • 7+ years experience in the financial services or banking sector

  • Prior experience working with Energy-related credits, specifically reserve-based lending, in the banking sector

  • Superior work ethic; Strong leadership, teamwork, and relationship building skills

  • Detailed knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Powerpoint

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to express ideas in a persuasive, confident, organized, and articulate manner

  • Highly motivated with organizational and time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks with changing priorities

  • Ability to function independently and as part of a team

What You'll Do You will be responsible for developing and incubating SMB and commercial collaboration offers designed for global service providers (telcos, cable companies etc). You will also drive cross-architecture solutions that combine our networking, collaboration, API and third party ISV solutions to drive unique value for service providers that align their portfolio to Cisco. To do this successfully, you'll lead cross-functional teams between the business units while representing the needs, requirements and business opportunity of the SP route to market. You will build strong relationships across the business unit product owners, architecture overlay sales leaders and our key service providers to drive alignment and execution around the market opportunity. You will also lead the content creation efforts for key artifacts such as playbooks, partner workshop content, packaging and pricing analysis and other materials. This re-usable content should addresses the needs of the product management, product marketing and sales audiences at the service provider including material for executive strategy workshops. You'll delegate and review this work where possible but often you'll take the pen and create content yourself. You will also work closely with the Global Partner Organization (GPO) and various marketing teams in Cisco to scale the impact of your work and will need to develop strong relationships with these teams while serving as the subject matter expert for your offers. Who You'll Work With You'll be joining the team building the next generation of Cisco cloud, SaaS and managed services offers designed for telecom, wireless and cable operators to monetize their relationships B2B customers. You will have the opportunity to work with numerous business units, sales teams, key segment and business unit executives at Cisco and Tier 1 Service Providers as we execute on collaboration, security, enterprise networking and small business solutions designed for the SP segment. Who You Are You should have a deep understanding of the collaboration market, the needs (including business, technical and operations) of service providers and a comprehensive view of end customer needs. You have a strong point of view how cloud, SaaS and APIs are changing the collaboration market and the role of service providers in it. You flourish with building relationships internally to align teams to execute on your vision and you have the political savvy to understand the motivations and constraints of your key stakeholder executives and organizations. You are extremely comfortable leading strategy and business development engagements with internal and external executives to gain interest, define the opportunity and secure commitments to execute against a well-defined portfolio and GTM strategy. You can execute most product management, product marketing and strategy activities on your own when needed but are eager to lead cross functional and multi-company teams to scale and extend your impact. Required Skills * 8+ years of blended experience in product marketing, product management, strategy and/ or business development roles * Experience with a mix of collaboration, SaaS and telecommunications or enterprise network offerings and partners * Experience building GTM for collaboration or similar services, ideally experience working in/with large telecom providers * Excellent presentation and program management skills. Experience presenting and leading engagements with VP/ SVP business audiences * Demonstrated ability to effectively lead multiple virtual teams while also delivering your own outputs. Experience creating key marketing, partner enablement, partner strategy, product overviews and other outputs yourself.
