Job Overview:

You love to make sense of things, and map successful execution plans. You also have a keen sense of always looking ahead at what's next and being ready for it. As a key partner to the Program Design and Management leaders, you are a player-coach in the strategic planning and design parts of our organization. Backlog management, critical thinking group support, implementation planning, investment cases and experiment launches. As a thought-leader to seamless cross-product/program planning and firm communications; along with firm readiness you thrive on brining things to life. Measured by timelines, deliverables, budget management, project lifecycles, and executive leadership partnerships…you have a strong influence on the firm's key performance objectives: Net Promoter Scores, Client Retention and Growth in net new assets. This role is the glue that keeps our entire organization on track and firing on all cylinders.

Responsibilities:

  • Annual project & program planning

  • Leads project management for the team, including critical thinking groups, steering committee management, and ownership of project outcomes with business unit owners (accountable partners).

  • Owns investment planning and cases for experiments and pilot programs on behalf of several units across Client Success as it relates to projects in our team's pipeline.

  • Steering committee planning and preparation with Program & Product Managers.

  • Deep cross functional collaboration across working groups for design support, and implementation planning.

  • Works closely with Client Success leadership and key stakeholders to drive OKR's of the business unit, while collaborating around the firm to gain wide variety of perspectives to consider as well as change management needs for delivery.

  • Key stakeholders are Client Success, Finance, and Business Line Strategy.

  • Builds a strong network of subject matter experts and seeks to understand / learn every day to optimize execution plans.

  • Plans and organizations the department across multiple Program Managers for a firm-view of annual planning and execution efforts.

  • Implements the structure of the team, including frameworks for both design and execution.

  • Handles business unit c-suite monthly performance reporting against OKR's and progress of individual programs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in business management, program management, finance OR combined education or work related experience relating to role

  • 5+ years of professional experience in areas of project management, program management and/or change management.

  • Prior success with launching new programs, products, or service offerings.

  • Proven track record of collaborating successfully across multiple business units or functions.

  • Demonstrated ability and desire to influence, and work, with high performing executive leadership teams.

  • Experience working all at all levels of any organization, entry through c-suite.

  • Expert level proficiency with the Microsoft Office product suite: (min. Excel, PowerPoint required).

  • Familiarity with Salesforce, Tableau

Preferences:

  • Master's Degree in business management, program management, finance OR combined education or work related experience relating to role.

  • Preferred experience working in financial services, or a franchise/ affiliate business model.

  • Preferred experience leading teams of project managers and overseeing work beyond individual span of control.

Pay Range:

$131,600-$197,400/year

Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
