VP Physician Practice Management

Position Description:

The Vice President, Physician Practice Management is responsible to provide overall leadership, strategic guidance, and management direction to Griffin Faculty Physicians full integrated, multi-specialty physician group practices. Position works closely with physician leadership and other organizational leaders. This position is responsible for establishing effective strategic, clinical, and operational governance that drives operations and continuous improvement in such a way as to ensure excellent customer service and patient care in a highly efficient and cost effective environment.

Position Requirements:

Master's degree in business administration, healthcare management or related field is required.

10 years' experience in a senior leadership position including a senior executive level.

Ability to motivate volunteers and staff and build a coordinated, multi-faceted development program.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a proven track record in cultivating and stewarding relationships.
