Job Description

To lead the finance and IT functions across the region, ensuring reporting & compliance are executed at a consistent and accurate level.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Financial Control

  • Divisional & Group consolidation/reporting

  • Policies & procedures

  • Budgeting & forecasting consolidation

  • Financial Shared Services (e.g. AP)

  • Finance Transformation

  • Internal and External Audit

  • Risk compliance

  • Regional IT Support

  • leads the regional IT organization in the development of strategies, scoping of investments, implementation of strategic projects and execution of local support to fulfill the needs of the region

  • Assist in development of business cases to prioritize, sequence and gain approval of IT initiatives

  • Other ad hoc duties as required

Background

This position requires access to ITAR, EAR, and Department of State or Department of Commerce controlled information and routine access to a cleared facility. Applicant must be a U.S.

Person (citizen, green card holder or other permanent resident or protected resident). This position requires Sensitive Security Information (SSI) access and vetting via the TSA. Applicant must successfully pass a federal background investigation.

The Individual

Preferred Education, Qualification and Experience: University Finance Degree with an advanced degree or accreditation a strong plus (MBA, CPA, CMA)Minimum of 10-15 years of Finance experience in a global business, with a strong focus on a combination of experience within a Shared Services model, Business Partner or other senior operations finance role.Senior Finance individual and team contributor to policies / processes governance, large projects and organization setup and/or change management related experience required.

Minimum of five years' experience effectively leading a team Skills: Candidates must have a proven track record of success in progressively more senior finance roles preferably including commercial and operations leadership. Previous experience of working with a high-performing team in a multi-site, multi-cultural international business is essential.

The following experience, skills and personal attributes are key:Finance enterprise system eg: SAP, Oracle, QAD or similar experience,Project Management experience and Global transfer pricing and service charges experience an advantage.

Excellent communication skills - fluent English required/Spanish or other languages preferred. Effective written, verbal and presentation skills with the ability to communicate and present to executive level management. Excellent leadership, change management, coaching, interpersonal and communication skills
