Fyber is currently looking for a Vice President of Demand, based in either New York or San Francisco. The VP of Demand will be a leader of the global Demand team. In this role, he/she will develop and manage the Direct Performance Sales, Direct Account Management, and Programmatic Demand teams, driving the teams to bring on new clients, grow existing ones, and ultimately drive company revenue growth. We are looking for a highly energetic leader who is passionate about the mobile ecosystem and is eager to develop relationships with brands, agencies, trading desks and other strategic partners.

Oversee and support sales team's partnerships with brands, agencies and trading desks, DSP's and app-based performance marketers
Scale and manage a team of demand-focused salespeople and account managers
Source and close deals with senior-level and cross-functional executives at key demand accounts
Identify opportunities to further grow company's direct relationships with advertisers, ATD' DSPs and other potential revenue-driving partners.
Drive team to exceed sales, pricing, and yield goals
Ensure that clients receive the highest level of sales and customer service
Identify opportunities to grow client spend through data analysis, research and optimization
Conduct regular business reviews with existing clients to grow revenue
Represent the company at tradeshows and other industry events
At least 10+ years working for in a programmatic sales capacity.
Expert knowledge of the success criteria for each customer type.
Intimate understanding of the ad tech ecosystem, both on the supply and demand sides.
Solid business and technical understanding of the mobile advertising ecosystem
Experience working with brands, agencies, ad exchanges, DSPs/SSPs, ad networks, digital advertising agencies or ad servers.
Proven track record of success as a sales leader managing 10 or more direct/indirect reports
Proven rolodex of decision makers from brands, agencies, and ATDs that can help sellers get in the door
Demonstrated ability to establish strong relationships with decision-makers at established agencies and clients
Excellent teamwork and communications skills both inside and outside the company

BA or equivalent strong academic record preferred; MBA a plus
