VP North America Distribution Services Manager

The VP North America Distribution Services Manager manages and leads a team that oversees agency vetting, enrollment, appointment, carrier licensing, and agency contracting processes. In addition, this leader is responsible for distribution expansion, operational improvement, reporting, and analytics related to agent appointment, onboarding, and financial performance. The position is a critical role to assess overall agent performance and to ensure appointment and licensing regulatory requirements are met. This individual will oversee and lead the effort to modernize systems and applications supporting these functions to ensure efficient processes and workflows.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead the team that manages agency vetting, enrollment, appointment, carrier licensing, and agency contracting processes.

• Direct distribution expansion for Chubb North America.

• Drive continuous operational improvement.

• Oversee and ensure effective ongoing administration of Chubb agents and brokers throughout North America, including appointments, code creation, agency changes, contract addendums, and support for agency mergers and acquisitions

• Lead the Producer Services team in a manner that delivers timely and dependable customer service to Chubb's agents.

• Consult with Field Operations leadership team to introduce new ideas, lead change, and drive continuous improvement.

• Analyze and provide monthly and year-to-date reporting associated with reducing appointment and licensing fee costs.

• Partner with Chubb Information Technology and third-party software and development vendors to ensure that all systems supporting Producer Services and Operations meet business requirements and enable optimal efficiency.

• Drive the rigorous production analysis of agents.

• Provide ongoing analysis and measurement of revenue generated.

• Collaborate with General Counsel to ensure that regulatory requirements for producer appointments and licensing are met.

• Collaborate with the Compliance Team to align producer licensing requirements within Producer Services with state regulations.

• Support Regional Executive Officer and Branch Management requests for distribution expansion reporting and analytics.
