Arch is looking for a dynamic candidate for the Vice President, National Distribution Management role. This role is part of Arch's Strategy & Distribution team and is responsible for developing and managing national initiatives and performance with several of Arch's Top 10 distributors, to position Arch as a specialty insurance marketplace leader. Working with key internal/external stakeholders, the ideal candidate will leverage his/her leadership capabilities, analytical/strategic thinking, and influencing/communication skills to support Arch's initiatives and product solutions with this group of distributors, while advancing Arch market share, visibility, and brand.

This position is directly accountable for the following responsibilities:

• Support the creation, execution, and measurement of national initiatives by collaborating with Business Units and key internal/external stakeholders.

• Collaborate with and lead connectivity across the organization (with Business Units, Business Development, Executive Leadership, etc.) to develop and drive growth plans to advance Arch's market share, visibility and relationships with distribution partners.

• Manages the strategic engagement and growth goals with several of Arch's Top 10 distribution partners while establishing a performance framework around annual engagement planning, production results, quarterly reviews, and execution of deliverables.

• Assess performance of assigned distribution partners and analyzes results across multiple data platforms in target segments to understand and report out on market share gains/losses.

• Collects and analyzes intelligence for key distribution partners to accurately align and recommend growth opportunities.

• Identifies and communicates solution opportunities born from market dislocation.

• Represents Arch consistently in the marketplace with regular engagement including virtual and in-person visits and travel.

• Drives results by identifying and resolving problems within scope of responsibility and influence.

• Collaborates with internal stakeholders to develop and mine prospect lists for cross-sell and target account strategies.

• Strong underwriting and product development skills

• Excellent written and oral communication skills and executive presence

• B.A./B.S. preferred

• Expected Travel: 25-35%

For individuals assigned or hired to work in California, Colorado, Jersey City, NJ; New York State; and/or Washington State, the base salary range is listed below. This range is as of the time of posting. Position is incentive eligible.

$175,000 - $225,000/year

• Total individual compensation (base salary, short & long-term incentives) offered will take into account a number of factors including but not limited to geographic location, scope & responsibilities of the role, qualifications, talent availability & specialization as well as business needs. The above range may be modified in the future
