VP NA marketing- ERlanger, KY
This is an exempt level position.
With a team of six direct reports, this Erlanger-based position will oversee North American Nutrition Marketing including Customer Experience Marketing, Product Marketing, and Regional Business Intelligence/Market Research, and is responsible for fueling the pipeline and driving revenue growth by increasing awareness of Nutrition advantaged ingredient solutions and ensuring that ADM is our customers' first choice. This role serves as a vital and highly collaborative conduit between the Vice President of Global Nutrition Marketing, Research & Development, Product Development & Applications, Sales, and Strategic Customers. This person is responsible for building and managing a highly effective B2B marketing team in a matrixed environment.
Provides critical inputs to VP, Global Nutrition Marketing to support strategic planning and to develop and lead the implementation of product excellence marketing action plans for Nutrition NA.
Possess working understanding of trend and product lifecycles and recommend new strategies to drive revenues.
Demonstrate aptitude for making strategic connections between broad-based consumer trends and for adapting company technologies, capabilities and practical product solutions to drive pipeline and NWR (new win revenue).
Ensure consumer and customer voices drive innovation and direction for Nutrition advantaged product ingredient strategies and action plans.
Work collaboratively with cross functional partners to identify and respond to consumer needs, market gaps and customer opportunities.
Create meaningful and differentiated value propositions that drive stakeholder engagement and value.
Demonstrate ability to interact and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
Demonstrate working knowledge of all Nutrition advantaged ingredient solutions in assigned portfolio.
Provide sales support through timely communication, targeted presentations to strategic customers, purposeful product demonstrations, and best practice customer experiences.
Hands-on analytical skills with a strong creative yet practical mindset.
Measure and manage key performance indicators for Nutrition including customer acquisition, conversion rates, engagement rates, satisfaction and renewal rates.
Provide support to global strategic food customers and sales through targeted presentations supported by actionable insights, purposeful product demonstrations, and best practice customer engagement experiences.
Develop programs with quantifiable objectives and measure results.
Oversee execution of advertising, promotion, product development, innovation and event calendars.
