This position will involve the production of all aspects of commercial loan documentation, provide supervision of the commercial loan documentation function, and provide other documentation related support within the Business Finance Group.

Essential duties will include supervising a group of commercial loan documentation personnel; producing commercial loan documentation packages for asset based loan products; have the ability to review and understand credit approval parameters and apply them to the commercial loan documentation process; communicate and collaborate effectively with other commercial loan documentation employees, credit officers, senior management, and outside support services such as legal counsel etc.; understand bank regulatory compliance issues and their relevance to the documentation function; and any other related duties as necessary.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelors degree preferred with a focus or concentration in Accounting, Finance, or English

  • Minimum of 7 years of commercial documentation experience required (banking or finance)

  • 5 years of supervisory experience preferred

  • Documentation of asset based loans experience preferred

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • High level experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office products

  • Ability to learn new systems and experience with nCino preferred
