In this role, you will report to the Chief Digital & Information Officer, accountable for IT strategy, leading the Enterprise Architecture function, expanding the organization's digital capabilities as well as directing the data analytics department at Clarios. Join us and become a strategic advisor to Clarios leadership by providing thought leadership, driving consistency, building governance, and ensuring use of digital and data analytics best practices.
In this role, you will be a leader, coach, mentor and evangelist for IT, digital and data analytics across the global business.
What You Will Do:
Enterprise Architecture -- Construct and operate processes for architecture governance. Dig into and recommend new technology investments to manage complexity within the Clarios IT landscape.
Digital
Maintain an analytics strategy and roadmap to fulfill business needs.
Participate in solution ideation, high-level planning and solution architecture design reviews.
Establish and manage operations using preferred providers and specific SLAs.
Project Management Office (PMO) and Service Management Office (SMO) - Set strategy and continually improve cost, speed, quality and organizational change management.
Team Management - focus on developing organizational capability for the team of professional staff within the departments.
What We are Looking For
BS Degree in Engineering, Business Management, IT or similar degree. MS Degree or MBA preferred.
15+ years' experience leading strategic projects, business functions or IT teams. Experience leading in a large global manufacturing organization preferred.
10+ years leadership experience managing teams.
Experience with business process design and continuous improvement methodology. Six sigma certifications preferred. Comfort and experience leading initiatives greater than $10M in budgetary size is required.
Fluency in English is required with multi-lingual capabilities preferred
Willingness to travel internationally to support job responsibilities as required. (Approx. 20%)
