VP, Communications, Global Services and Delivery

About the role:

Interested in joining a high-performing team supporting senior executives of a fast-growing organization? We are hiring a VP, Communications, Global Services & Delivery (GS&D) to drive strategic communications for the EVP, Global Services & Delivery. The role will lead a small team of dedicated communications professionals to develop and drive change management, associate engagement, and executive communications programs in GS&D.

What you'll do:

  • Provide strategic guidance to develop and execute an internal communications strategy that supports key business unit objectives

  • Lead a team producing Town Halls, leadership meetings, intranet, scripts, newsletters, stakeholder briefings, and more

  • Work closely with Sales Communications to ensure tight alignment between Sales and Service messaging/timing

  • Build trust-based relationships across broad set of senior stakeholders

  • Develop outcome-orientated communications

  • Partner with senior communication partners to ensure consistency and alignment of key messages across the business

What you'll need:

  • 10+ years of internal corporate communications experience, including executive communications.

  • Ability to develop and lead a strategic communications plan to inform, engage and inspire associates and drive change management initiatives

  • Ability to listen, absorb, process, and distill complex information from across a wide range of topics, programs and initiatives into clear, compelling, action-orientated communications using a broad range of media and formats

  • Experience building and developing trusted relationships at the executive level

  • Exceptionally strong writing and editing skills

  • Creative approaches to solve unstructured problems

  • Outstanding interpersonal, creative thinking, & influencing skills

  • Integrity, credibility, and confidence

  • Experience managing a team

  • Attention to detail

Gartner believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is 158,000 USD - 220,500 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. Our talent acquisition team will provide the specific opportunity on our bonus or incentive programs to eligible candidates. We also offer market leading benefit programs including generous PTO, a 401k match up to $7,200 per year, the opportunity to purchase company stock at a discount, and more.
