JOB SUMMARY: Oversees the implementation, integration and coordination of assigned Center's acute care services to enhance successful outcomes based on the Center's Strategic Plan, Plan for Services and budgets. Provides direct supervision to the Center's Program AVPs/Directors/Managers, as assigned by the CEO in the Table of Organization.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS and RESPONSIBILITIES: The list of essential functions, as outlined herein, is intended to be representative of the tasks performed within this classification with or without an accommodation. The omission of an essential function does not preclude management from assigning duties not listed herein if such functions are a logical assignment to the position. * Directs scope of clinical and administrative service provision via discussion of Center's Mission with the Executive Management Team. * Conceptualizes service delivery for the array of acute care services and continuum of care provided by the Center, establishes goals and engages in improving the programs' outcomes and effectiveness in line with service necessity and fiscal concerns. * Must have clear understanding of the full array of services provided by the Center * Must have a good working knowledge of all federal, state, and local statutes and regulations pertaining to the provision of acute care services, fiscal management, and supervision of the organization and its employees. * Ability to demonstrate a sound working knowledge of the Center's Strategic Plan, its program directives and goals. * Displays excellent working knowledge of behavioral healthcare standards. * Demonstrates the ability to direct and motivate staff. * Ability to provide immediate direction in crisis situations that require real time solutions. * Ability to stay abreast of the changing healthcare environment and provide input for effective program enhancements or modifications as necessary or prudent. * Develops sound working relationships with subordinates to enhance the likelihood of effective outcomes for Center programs and clients. * Develops sound working relationships with personnel of community organizations to impact successful outcomes of the Center's Mission and Vision. * Manages and oversees the day to day operations of select clinical and support services provided within the Center. * Monitors such programs for clinical, administrative, and fiscal effectiveness. * Evaluates efficiency and promotes opportunities for improvements. * Completes all administrative and competency requirements as identified in his/her Individual Training Plan.COMPETENCIES: Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Motivation (KSAM) required for an employee to be successful. * Serving Our Consumers: Effectively meeting consumer needs, building productive consumer relationships, and taking responsibility for consumer satisfaction and loyalty.*

Uses sound judgment in meeting the responsibilities and performing the duties of the position.SKILLS & ABILITIES:* Proficiency in time management. * An Interest in continuing education program of formal and informal training in the delivery and management of behavioral health care. * Experienced in building strategic partnerships and collaborating with others to achieve organizational success. * Knowledge of regulatory compliance i.e., HIPPA, ACHA, OSHA, CARF, etc. * Process improvement and strong financial and operational acumen. * Ability to advance cost management, service excellence and operational improvement initiatives and demonstrate progress with metrics. * Exceptional budgeting and financial skills. * Excellent interpersonal skills and empathy towards patients and teammates. * Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), critical thinking skills, the capacity to function independently, ability to document meticulously, ability to handle stressful situations and manage/prioritize multiple tasks effectively.PERSONAL QUALITIES: Autonomous, self-directed, detail oriented. Participates in community, state and other professional activities, seminars and meetings that further the cause of behavioral health care.EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:* Education:
o Master's level degree required * Experience:o Minimum of five (5) years post graduate experience as a program or administrative services manager.
