Your Mission:

Responsible for driving Little Caesars Enterprises' financial performance serving as the Finance Business Partner to the President, Global Services, who leads the Supply Chain and Innovation business units. This role leads all financial aspects of these business units, including building financial business cases, developing and tracking KPI's, budgeting, forecasting and reporting. You will work on next generation projects aimed at optimizing the top and bottom line of the business as well as improving and streamlining processes. The role requires an ability to solve complex financial problems using financial analysis, finance strategy, decision support and reporting, data visualization, and financial storytelling. Delivers value-added business analysis and financial strategies to ensure the achievement of the company's strategic business plans and goals.

How You'll Make an Impact:

  • Provide finance leadership to the global supply chain organization including driving performance related to key supply chain planning metrics.

  • Responsible for developing and driving the organization's short- and long-term financial performance by leading the development of P&L and cash flow budgets and forecasts.

  • Lead the transformation of financial data into accessible and impactful information for use in developing insights/recommendations, both in actual results and forward-looking forecasts

  • Recommend, develop, and implement policies and programs that guide the organization in maintaining and improving its competitive position, sourcing strategies and profitability

  • Develop and manage financial models and business cases, driving continuous innovation and while effectively communicating to stakeholders. Act as a change agent to influence adoption.

  • Analyze performance, including historical and future trends, identify gaps and recommend necessary actions.

  • Coach, mentor, manage, develop 3-4 direct reports and a team of up to ten, as well as work cross functionally with various departments.

  • Create presentations on strategic initiatives and financial targets communicating and providing insights, identifying risk levels, and areas of opportunity.

  • Maintain strict confidentiality of internal and external information.

  • Lead compilation of business unit specific finance materials for the strategic planning process (STRAP), attend STRAP meetings, and presents key elements when required.

  • Provide financial counsel, advice and knowledge internally at all levels when evaluating potential decisions that may have a significant impact on the business.

  • Lead the business through challenges of growth and position business to capitalize on as yet undiscovered opportunities.

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

  • Fifteen to Twenty years of experience in finance. Minimum of ten years of experience managing the FP&A function within a diverse, global division-based entity. Supply Chain Finance experience highly preferred.

  • Evidence of well-developed interpersonal skills, maturity, and sound judgment.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills. Capable of communicating with a diverse range of individuals.

  • Evidence of planning acumen, analytical expertise, and long-term strategic outlook with proven results.

  • Demonstrated project management skills.

  • Ability to make effective and persuasive speeches and presentations on controversial or complex topics to both internal and external stakeholders.

  • Evidence of a successful leadership track record with high ethical standards and an appropriate professional image.

  • No employment or contractual restrictions due to existing confidentiality and/or non-competition agreement and ability and willingness to sign a confidentiality and non-competition agreement with the Ilitch companies

Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • MBA, CPA, or CMA certification

  • Previous experience in a leadership role with a QSR or a similar (franchise) environment.

Working Conditions:

  • This position requires travel and adherence to the corporate travel policies.

  • Located in our Detroit Headquarters, this is a hybrid position, minimum of 2-3 days per week in office on average. Relocation available.
