VP Direct to Consumer Lending Manager
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Management, leadership and oversight of Loan Originations group
Successful candidate brings a direct to consumer/call center marketing expertise to grow the loan origination and production volume.
Ability to develop, implement and expand direct to consumer marketing initiatives
Understanding of mortgage lending regulatory and legal requirements, and ability to document through Policies and Procedures those requirements.
Implements industry best practices and metrics to drive loan origination growth and performance.
Understanding of loan origination client needs, and ability to employ proven problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Ability to match staffing to business needs.
Strong understanding of and ability to apply company policies for loan originations group.
Demonstrated ability to achieve strong business results (loan volume growth, client experience, cost management, risk and regulatory compliance, employee job satisfaction, etc.)
Leads by example (is viewed as a leader to be followed).
Ability to motivate and direct people.
Ability to communicate vision and direction to a team.
