Description

The VP of Product Engagement Marketing will be responsible for the following:

  • Building out the product engagement marketing strategy to drive customer loyalty and deliver on key financial and partner commitments

  • Ensuring consistent and relevant value proposition message articulation, based on customer needs and behaviors, are threaded throughout the customer lifecycle

  • Continue to refine our marketing and platform capabilities to drive greater personalization and targeted offers

  • Ideate, lead and execute Creative development for product engagement campaigns,

  • Packaging all targeting criteria, offers and customer communication strategies into documentation that clearly communicates the intent of the program in a manner that can be executed upon by multiple teams

  • Simultaneously manage several monthly campaigns at different stages of development

  • Work with internal and external agencies to develop compelling marketing creatives to drive desired behavior.

  • Auditing key steps of campaign processes to ensure flawless execution

  • Assist with developing customer-level contact strategies and testing opportunities across Conversion programs

  • Ensure consistent collaboration with Strategy, Decision Management, Product, and Control/Compliance teams as we move from program-level to customer-level marketing approach

Qualifications

Business and Technical Requirements

  • Candidate will have a minimum of 7+ years experience working in financial services, retail and/or consumer goods marketing

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or Marketing Management

  • Creative marketer with a strong results orientation

  • Strong customer focus and past achievement in applying a customer mindset to shape solutions and approach to realize marketplace potential and meet financial goals

  • Experience developing and executing engagement strategies to drive growth

  • Digital experience preferable

  • Leadership Competencies

  • Pragmatic problem-solver, forward thinker with independence of thought

  • Self-motivated with a passion to transform the Citi Cards business

  • Strong communication, presentation and influencing skills
