JELD-WEN is currently seeking a VP, Digital Go-to-Market & Data/Analytics to join our growing team.

Role: We are seeking a visionary Vice President to lead our Data, Analytics, and Digital Strategy, with a specific focus on digital go-to-market strategy and the development of digital channels across all product lines. This role will play a critical part in driving our global growth and market leadership through innovative digital solutions and data-driven insights and will lead a comprehensive data and analytics strategy that spans the entire enterprise value chain.

What You Will Do:

  • Data and Analytics Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive data and analytics strategy that spans the entire enterprise value chain, from supply chain optimization to customer engagement. Lead the development and deployment of data and analytics products, leveraging the full spectrum of analytics capabilities from Business Intelligence (BI) to Artificial Intelligence (AI).

  • Digital Go-to-Market Strategy: Define and implement a digital go-to-market strategy that enhances our market presence and accelerates revenue growth across all product lines. Identify opportunities for digital channel development, e-commerce platforms, and digital marketing initiatives to reach customers effectively and drive conversion.

  • Digital Channel Development: Lead the development and optimization of digital channels across all product lines, including e-commerce platforms, mobile apps, and online marketplaces. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the digital customer experience and drive engagement through innovative digital solutions.

  • Analytics Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing team of data engineers, data scientists, analysts, and digital experts, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning. Empower the team to develop advanced analytics models and AI-driven solutions that provide actionable insights and drive business performance.

  • Technology Integration: Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies and tools to enhance data collection, processing, and analysis capabilities, ensuring scalability, security, and reliability. Partner with IT and engineering teams to implement robust data infrastructure and architecture that supports our digital and analytics initiatives.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with key stakeholders across departments, including Sales, Marketing, Operations, and IT, to align digital and analytics initiatives with business objectives. Partner with regional teams to tailor digital strategies to local market needs and drive global consistency and alignment.

  • Performance Measurement: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of digital and analytics initiatives, and regularly report on progress to executive leadership. Use data-driven insights to iterate and optimize strategies for maximum impact and ROI.

  • Thought Leadership: Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in data, analytics, and digital, and provide thought leadership to drive innovation and competitive advantage. Who You Are:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

  • Proven track record of leadership in data, analytics, and digital transformation roles, with at least 10 years of experience in a senior leadership capacity.

  • Deep expertise in data management, analytics, machine learning, and digital technologies, with a strong understanding of industry trends and best practices.

  • Experience in developing and executing digital go-to-market strategies, including digital channel development and e-commerce platforms.

  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams, influence stakeholders, and drive change in a complex and dynamic environment.

  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, with the ability to translate data and digital insights into actionable business recommendations and drive tangible business outcomes.

  • Experience in the building products industry or related sectors is preferred but not required.
