The VP of Digital Experience and Product Management is responsible for leading the development, management and delivery execution of Movado Group's vision for world-class digital experiences across multiple engagement channels. This includes ownership of the digital product roadmap and on-going collaboration with business stakeholders, brands and internal/external IT partners to translate needs into strategic product deliverables. The role reports to the Chief Digital Officer and will define the digital experience opportunities, develop and prioritize key initiatives, and ensure alignment of budgetary and resource needs.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Lead the on-going digital transformation of the customer experience across MGI's various digital touch points (Owned brands, Retail partners, Company owned stores, web, app and other digital channels)

  • Consistently analyze customer and partner needs, competitive offerings, cross functional input, and technology advancements. Leverage that analysis to identify best practices and emerging UX/UI trends to guide development of product features that engage customers, drive retention, and enable business growth.

  • Lead the collaboration of all stakeholders in support of the definition, alignment and execution of enhanced digital experience processes and solutions. Accountable for the leadership of translating needs and constructs into an executable roadmap.

  • Develop specific business cases to support digital product priorities and organizational value of initiatives (financial, NPS, experiential). Deliver reports and presentations on operational and customer KPIs throughout the product life cycle)

  • Foster and manage relationships with key technology partners including partner selection, contract negotiation, pricing validation and managing service level agreements.

  • Coordinate with IT and Project Management teams to ensure Digital product enhancements are integrated into backend systems per requirements and delivered on schedule and within budget.

  • Provide guidance, direction, and mentorship to the digital product team members ensuring alignment of team efforts to the broader corporate vision and strategic plan

  • Continuously act as a thought leader on emerging technologies and their application to the digital product roadmap

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher

  • 10+ years of product / UI / UX / customer experience management

  • 5+ years of experience creating digital vision, product roadmaps and strategies for high visibility technology projects. Adept at translating business challenges into value-add customer solutions

  • Experience in leading change and rolling out new offerings inside large or mid-sized organizations

  • Proven success influencing and leading product teams in developing and delivering digital experiences across multiple channels and applications

  • Strong understanding of technology development best practices. Track record of converting business needs into requirements and product development strategies

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills. Ability to interact effectively with senior management and also communicate technical / business issues and solutions across all organizational levels

  • Thorough understanding of financial modeling and forecasting related to business case development and project tracking
