Department Overview
WDTech is W&D's in-house technology team - a diverse group of energetic and highly skilled technology professionals, all of whom are leading experts in real estate data, data science, and technology.
The Impact You Will Have
As VP, CRM Strategy and Solutions you will define and manage W&D's CRM strategy across all business lines. You will engage with go-to-market stakeholders to define business requirements for account management and lead generation, as well as, operational stakeholders to manage integrations with internal tools, data quality, and security.
The ideal candidate has at least 7 years of CRM experience, and is an energetic, quick learner who possesses superior interpersonal and communication skills. They have experience effectively consulting with stakeholders, vendors, and business partners and developing and delivering CRM solutions in a high-touch, enterprise-level environment. Additionally, they will exhibit the ability to understand current processes and requirements and identify new tools or ways of working to achieve objectives. They possess superior professionalism and judgment.
Primary Responsibilities
Own defining and managing the CRM strategy for integrations with internal tools, data quality, platform hygiene, systems configuration and maintenance, notification announcements, environment refresh, and AppExchange products.
Define the long-term vision of how W&D uses CRMs to align to go to market strategy in order to operate more efficiently and manage customer relationships
Manage a team of Salesforce developers and administrators
Collaborate with Product and Engineer Managers to facilitate streamlining the current CRM user experience
Engage stakeholders to define business requirements and define success criteria through user stories and story mapping
Assess and document current process and associated issues, understand desired state, process improvement design and recommendations, translation of business requirements to technical requirements, user acceptance testing and user implementation
Negotiate and manage vendor contracts within budget
This is a remote role based in the US or can report to one of our US offices
Education and Experience
An undergraduate degree
7+ years of recent experience in a complex organization designing and leading enterprise-wide technology enablement and change management
Extensive knowledge of CRM principles, strategies, and best practices
Experience with implementing and maintaining major CRM systems and business intelligence software tools
5+ years overseeing a dynamic team of CRM developers and administrators
Strong knowledge of the software development life cycle
Ability to prepare and deliver quality executive presentations, as well as to describe complex problems and proposed solutions concisely and effectively to non-technical stakeholders
Proven ability to work effectively with people of all levels of information technology expertise across a wide range of constituencies and organizational relationships
The pay range for this position is $140-$180k plus an annual discretionary bonus.
