Documents all contact with clients and prospective clients in the company's customer relationship management database
Works with client services team to assure that clients are happy and so that they will add Curavi Health to additional facilities or make referrals
Provides a valuable feedback loop from existing customers to clinical and operational team to assure quality

Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.

Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a Healthcare-related area with a minimum of 5-10 years of related sales management experience selling strategic solutions at the VP/C-level. Prior experience with launching new products strongly preferred. Must understand current national, regional and local emerging market trends, the regulatory environment, and the impact to the Healthcare industry, and to prospects and customers. Must have excellent written and oral communications skills and presentation skills and be able to interact with all levels of staff, both internally and with customers. Must be self-motivated, driven to meet business goals and to succeed.
