Volvo Loaner Car Coordinator

As Volvo, Jaguar, Land Rover continues to grow, we are seeking a Loaner Car Coordinator to join our team! The hours for this position are Monday - Thursday 7:00AM-4:00PM, Friday 7:00 - 6:00pm.

As a Loaner Car Coordinator, you will:

• Coordinate the organization and maintenance of our service loaner car fleet.

• File accident reports

• Do general office-type duties like emailing, copying, filing and faxing.

• Assist the Service team with administrative tasks.

What are the general requirements for a Loaner Car Coordinator?

• Have a strong commitment to customer service.

• Ability to multi-task.

• Basic computer skills

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
