Assists with information desk providing support to patients, visitors, volunteers and team members. Greets patients and all guests, provides appropriate and accurate information by using the computer to verify and retrieve data and anticipating their various needs such as assistance with wheelchairs, etc.
May assist customers at the door and escort to destination. Assists in the gift shops assisting customers and following appropriate cash register functions. May assist in the receiving department by retrieving boxes, unpacking merchandise for entry into POS, and assisting in packing for delivery to shops.
