Volunteer Language Partner - Language Connect For Ukraine

The Educational Equality Institute (TEEI) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to fostering equal access to education and opportunities for underserved communities. As part of our mission, Language Connect for Ukraine connects displaced Ukrainians with international volunteers for flexible 1:1 language learning sessions. Together, we help Ukrainians improve their communication skills, integrate into new communities, and rebuild their lives.

Your Role
As a Volunteer Language Partner, you will work directly with Ukrainian learners to help them practice and develop language skills. This role is ideal for compassionate individuals passionate about cultural exchange and education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct 1:1 video sessions with Ukrainian learners using our digital platform.
• Help participants improve their conversational and practical language skills.
• Provide a welcoming, supportive, and encouraging learning environment.
• Maintain a flexible schedule that suits your availability.
