This position will focus on recruiting, training, and retaining a robust network of volunteers who will lead activities such as CrossFit, yoga, kickboxing, book clubs, and socials. The ideal candidate will have experience with event management and facilitation, is familiar with North Philadelphia (specifically the Nicetown/Tioga neighborhood), and will be comfortable with building strong relationships throughout the community. The Phoenix offers free programs, both in person and online, for anyone with 48 hours of sobriety.
