Volunteer Coordinator Auxilliary Full Time Days BHS

Summary

Responsible for volunteer recruitment, training, and supervision. Conducts various recruitment projects with the local schools and outside agencies for building the network of volunteers within the hospital.

Plans, organizes, and facilitates all volunteer orientations and in training sessions. Plans, implements, and evaluates volunteer service positions/programs to support and enhance patient experience initiatives. Responsible for the annual Volunteer Holiday Luncheon, as well as the Volunteer Week Luncheon.

In addition to ordering and distribution of the annual volunteer gift. Other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

MINIMUM EDUCATION: Associates Degree

PREFERRED EDUCATION: Bachelors Degree
