WHAT IS THE VOLUNTARY RELOCATION PROGRAM (VRP)? The Voluntary Relocation Program (VRP) is a negotiated process which affords current Bargaining Unit employees the opportunity to relocate to a Post of Duty (POD) to a position that is the same as their home position of record, same grade, series and PD. Relocation must be an exact position match, the program does not allow for promotion or change to lower grades.

Applicants will ONLY be referred for positions that are same as their home position of record, same grade, series and PD. There is no promotion potential under the Voluntary Relocation Program. Applicants will ONLY be referred for locations which they wish to be considered. Applicants can request a copy of the position description if selected under this program.

It all begins with you. Corporate Risk helps all Wells Fargo businesses identify and manage risk. We focus on three key risk areas: credit risk, operational risk and market risk. We help our management and Board of Directors identify and monitor risks that may affect multiple lines of business, and take appropriate action when business activities exceed the risk tolerance of the company. The Wealth and Investment Management Conduct Risk Manager is responsible for leading a team of professionals focused on ensuring front line controls are in place to comply with all enterprise level conduct related policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements. This leader and is expected to engage with senior leaders across WIM and the Enterprise functions associated with Conduct Risk. This leader will serve as a subject matter expert in working with the Head of Conduct Risk Control and Reporting & Analytics to develop actionable reporting and analysis to identify and address conduct risks. This role will serve as the key point of contact with the Enterprise Conduct Management Office and the Business Control Leaders in WIM for all matters pertaining to Conduct Risk. A team will be built to support this leader. Specific responsibilities include: * Build out sales practices risk control, ethics risk control, and complaints risk control teams that will work closely with the Conduct Management Office and other critical enterprise functions * Coordinates and partners with IRM (CMO and WIM Compliance) and WIM Business Control teams for the development, implementation, execution, and governance of front line WIM Conduct Risk Control framework, processes, and procedures across all Conduct Risk disciplines and all WIM LOBs to meet regulatory, audit, and IRM requirements. * Leads front line risk control teams aligned to major Conduct Risk disciplines (Ethics & ABC, Sales Practices, Reputation, Complaints), which are responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining consistent WIM risk controls, processes and procedures; advising & challenges LOB-specific controls, coordinating implementation of IRM policies across LOBs, identifying the need for controls across major end-to-end business processes; and updating controls or other approaches based on IRM, audit, regulatory feedback. * Ensuring our vision, values, goals, and behavioral expectations are embedded into WIM culture via training and education, communication and awareness, performance management & incentive compensation, sales goals, and other risk culture programs. * Drive WIM conduct strategy; and establish and administer long-term goals for managing conduct risk; considered a subject matter expert and strategic advisor regarding interpretation of Conduct Risk Management Program. * Evaluate key conduct risk and performance indicators to identify emerging trends across the enterprise, major businesses, risk domains, and the industry. * Promote a strong conduct risk culture and provides leadership through leaders and senior managers and their teams. Typically oversees multiple managers of large teams. We will consider other locations in the Wells Fargo footprint.
