WHAT IS THE VOLUNTARY RELOCATION PROGRAM (VRP)? The Voluntary Relocation Program (VRP) is a negotiated process which affords current Bargaining Unit employees the opportunity to relocate to a Post of Duty (POD) to a position that is the same as their home position of record, same grade, series and PD. Relocation must be an exact position match, the program does not allow for promotion or change to lower grades.

Applicants will ONLY be referred for positions that are same as their home position of record, same grade, series and PD. There is no promotion potential under the Voluntary Relocation Program. Applicants will ONLY be referred for locations which they wish to be considered. Applicants can request a copy of the position description if selected under this program.

Employees who apply after October 22,2018 will be considered following the next cutoff dates (July 22, 2019 through December 31, 2019). For more information, see Article 15, Section 6 of the 2019 National Agreement

VIEW JOBS 1/18/2019 12:00:00 AM 2019-04-18T00:00 As part of Facebook's Global People Operations team, the Global Mobility Operations Specialist will work to deliver a premium employee experience, by scaling operations and processes, in addition to managing strong internal stakeholder and partner relationships. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in program management, vendor partnership and experience working across the multiple activities of a global mobility program. This hands-on role will work closely with the People Operations team to oversee the global mobility (tax & relocation) case management system. They will partner closely with HRBP's, Recruiting, Global Mobility, Compensation, Benefits, Legal, Payroll, and others to provide a seamless mobility experience to our employees. RESPONSIBILITIES * Provide support to employee and internal stakeholder inquiries around Global Mobility processes, policy, and issues. Partner closely with HRBP's, Recruiting, Global Mobility COE, Compensation, Benefits, Legal, Payroll, and others to ensure a seamless mobility experience to our employees. Manage inbound employee inquiries that may vary from immigration tax and relocation - identify needs, process necessary transactions in Workday, Salesforce and other systems, and escalate issues or re-assign inquiry, as required. Conduct outbound calls for issue resolution and follow-up. First point of contact for handling escalations and exception requests from various stakeholders. Maintain a commitment to our service level agreements (SLAs) around responsiveness and customer satisfaction. Input data into various Global Mobility systems and oversee audits to verify data discrepancies between systems and ultimately, resolve data discrepancies. Act as a point of contact for vendors, including answering data requests, tracking of budgets, contracts, purchase orders, identifying and resolving vendor issues, overseeing the day-to-day vendor transactions. Develop and maintain process documentation, including the management of Global Mobility portal pages and employee facing resources. Develop and conduct global mobility trainings for employees, recruiters and HRBPs. Track various employee transitions such as employee travel assignments, temporary assignments and relocations. Assist with Global Mobility events, including coordinating orientation for transferring employees. Run and produce various, requested reports, including ad hoc and financial reports for vendor spending. As part of a tiered support model, manage process flow as it pertains to initiations, vendor contact and employee questions and process improvement. Collaborate with growing global mobility team on other team initiatives and projects as assigned. Take on additional program ownership in the mobility area as team scales to meet company growth needs. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS * Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in global mobility, Human Resources or directly related field. 5+ years experience working in a technical role within global mobility. Experience with tax & relocation. Experience managing transitions related to M&A activity. Experience scaling programs/processes. Experience leading industry transforming practices. Project management experience driving projects from conception to implementation. Experience exercising independent judgment while utilizing company policies and practices to determine appropriate action. Experience working with confidential data.
