The Voluntary Benefits Senior Analyst will provide voluntary benefit services including onboarding, enrollment, maintenance, off boarding, billing remittance, and claims management.

Key responsibilities will be as follows:

  • Leverage Accenture's health payor processes, best practices, and resources

  • Develop and manage internal and external customer relationships including situations in which no relationship previously existed

  • Perform simple to complex processes according to established business rules set by the client

  • Perform a range of tasks from complex to straightforward within the scope of the function

  • Assist in the identification, assessment and resolution of complex issues and problems

  • Decide within an available range of solutions/practices which are the most applicable

  • Seek advice and escalate issues when faced with tasks/problems outside normal scope of job

  • Assist supervisor with team activities including productivity reports and other operations related reports

  • Ensure that required service levels are met including turnaround time, productivity and accuracy

  • Make recommendations for quality and productivity improvements

  • Oversee and coordinate special projects as needed

Job Requirement:

Must be available for rotating schedule between 7 AM to 7 PM CT Monday-Friday

VIEW JOBS 5/15/2020 12:00:00 AM 2020-08-13T00:00 The Senior Financial Analyst III, Ops Tech IT, will be responsible for providing financial support for Worldwide WW Operations IT finance support and projects that drive significant value. The Ops Tech IT team provides IT services to all WW Ops sites. This role will work with leaders, project managers, supply chain, and regional Finance teams. The candidate will help prioritize key technologies which optimize free cash flow and drive improved productivity. The successful candidate will design, develop, and maintain performance measurements on strategic projects to continuously improve the economics of the business. Responsibilities will include: * Providing financial support to the Worldwide Ops Tech IT team, including Directors. * Helping build a best in class deployment financial model. * Own & develop financial analysis models driving operational decisions across WW Operations Fulfillment network. * Lead strategic projects to create WW processes that are consistent, while owned from the US team. * Collaborate with operations personnel to drive process improvements and cost savings initiatives * Identify issues and enhancements to processes, implementing change in conjunction with Regional Finance teams * Facilitate financial review meetings with key partner business groups * Coordinating and providing financial inputs for monthly and quarterly business reviews, operating plans, and project related deep dives. * Building and maintaining high level knowledge across all business areas by staying current on initiatives and challenges/opportunities across the business. * Preparing financial updates, including relevant analyses versus prior periods and providing forecasts/budgets, examining associated risk/opportunities with respect to technology resources * Degree In Economics, Finance, Engineering or similar discipline with analytical bias * 5+ years' experience in a large corporate finance environment with heavy emphasis on analytics * An understanding of SQL would be considered a plus * Demonstrated knowledge of financial modeling * Ability to translate large amounts of data into useful information and actionable items * Ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic, & opaque environment * Ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workload; effective multi-tasking skills vital * Strong communication and presentation skills * Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to challenge or influence senior company leaders Amazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
