The Voluntary Benefits Senior Analyst will provide voluntary benefit services including onboarding, enrollment, maintenance, off boarding, billing remittance, and claims management.

Key responsibilities will be as follows:

  • Leverage Accenture's health payor processes, best practices, and resources

  • Develop and manage internal and external customer relationships including situations in which no relationship previously existed

  • Perform simple to complex processes according to established business rules set by the client

  • Perform a range of tasks from complex to straightforward within the scope of the function

  • Assist in the identification, assessment and resolution of complex issues and problems

  • Decide within an available range of solutions/practices which are the most applicable

  • Seek advice and escalate issues when faced with tasks/problems outside normal scope of job

  • Assist supervisor with team activities including productivity reports and other operations related reports

  • Ensure that required service levels are met including turnaround time, productivity and accuracy

  • Make recommendations for quality and productivity improvements

  • Oversee and coordinate special projects as needed

Job Requirement:

Must be available for rotating schedule between 7 AM to 7 PM CT Monday-Friday

VIEW JOBS 5/29/2020 12:00:00 AM 2020-08-27T00:00 Sr. Pricing & Contracts Analyst Job Summary: Responsible for the timely establishment, preparation, maintenance, and analysis of contracts and pricing documentation, and for making recommendations that will facilitate optimal pricing decisions made by the Contracts & Pricing and Sales & Marketing Management teams. Ensures timely communications and accurate analyses of both contract and pricing documents in accordance with company policies, legal requirements, systems, and customer specifications. Key responsibilities will include managing the active products P&L, working in a cross-functional approach with Finance and Customer Service to open new accounts, resolve chargeback denials and customer deductions and to research and resolve pricing-related errors, and collaborating with external sources to manage pricing submissions to state and/or government entities. Key Accountabilities: * Effectively prepares, monitors, and executes all pricing activities (P&L's, Product offers, RFPs, rebates, product availability, special incentives, forecasting information, contract loads, amendments, and compliance documents) using a cross-functional approach to ensure company pricing goals, customer specifications, and company policies are met and maintained. Monitors outstanding pricing offers to ensure timely resolution and implementation. * Participates in contract and pricing preparation, contract and pricing administration, and customer contract activities to provide for proper contract acquisition and fulfillment in accordance with company policies, legal requirements, and customer specifications. * Opens new accounts and enters pricing and contracts into SAP and iContracts. Prepares and communications all necessary documents required in support of new product launches or widespread pricing changes (i.e. catalog updates), new product offer templates, VIR programs, sales promotions, state Medicaid agencies submissions, Puerto Rico registration documents, and Trade Pricing Compendia notification. * Documents and maintains competitive market intelligence and captures pricing data in a database used for pricing recommendations and decision-making. Leads the New Business Opportunity process and follows submissions to Supply Chain for follow-up and thorough completion, and updates RFQ log as needed. * Evaluates methods to optimize price, revenue, and margin through pricing strategies, competitive pricing and potential pricing change impact on customers' book of business. Compiles relevant competitive and pricing data utilizing external sources and internal systems to maintain historical information. * Reviews and analyzes agreements for vendor requirements and coordinates with the Director, Pricing & Contracts, VP of Marketing, and Legal Counsel (when appropriate) to ensure compliance. Assist Finance with gross-to-net (G2N) calculations for accruals, with resolving customer sales deductions, with reporting material shelf stock adjustments, and with resolving chargeback denial issues. Assists Customer Service with researching and resolving pricing-related errors * Assists Director, Pricing & Contracts with various management reports and the Sales and Marketing team with Failure to Supply (FTS) claims. Continuously seeks process improvements where needed. Education / Qualifications: * Bachelor's Degree Required * Minimum of 6+ years related work experience in the Generic Pharmaceutical Industry. * Minimum of 3 years of commercial pricing and contracting experience (i.e. managing the internal contract process, hands on contractual work, document submission, pricing administration, execution, and customer service). * Experience developing and customizing documents from templates. * Experience with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word required. * Experience with SAP and iContracts preferred. * Experience in generic pharmaceutical business preferred; familiarity with the business and regulatory environment, organizational structure, functional roles, and responsibilities, pharmaceutical terminology preferred.
