The Voluntary Benefits Senior Analyst will provide voluntary benefit services including onboarding, enrollment, maintenance, off boarding, billing remittance, and claims management.

Key responsibilities will be as follows:

  • Leverage Accenture's health payor processes, best practices, and resources

  • Develop and manage internal and external customer relationships including situations in which no relationship previously existed

  • Perform simple to complex processes according to established business rules set by the client

  • Perform a range of tasks from complex to straightforward within the scope of the function

  • Assist in the identification, assessment and resolution of complex issues and problems

  • Decide within an available range of solutions/practices which are the most applicable

  • Seek advice and escalate issues when faced with tasks/problems outside normal scope of job

  • Assist supervisor with team activities including productivity reports and other operations related reports

  • Ensure that required service levels are met including turnaround time, productivity and accuracy

  • Make recommendations for quality and productivity improvements

  • Oversee and coordinate special projects as needed

Job Requirement:

Must be available for rotating schedule between 7 AM to 7 PM CT Monday-Friday

VIEW JOBS 5/29/2020 12:00:00 AM 2020-08-27T00:00 Worker Sub-Type: Regular Job Description: HE POSITION BlackBerry is seeking a Incident Detection Consultant to support the Cybersecurity Incident Response team by responding to escalated alerts and monitoring alerts during heavy volume events. This position conducts more in-depth analyses of security incidents with the specific ability to identify Indicators of Compromise, perform intrusion scope and root cause analyses and implement triaging protocols to mitigate potential damage to the client's cyber ecosystem. WHAT YOU WILL DO * Update procedures and configure tools for Monitoring Analysts consumption * Escalate cyber security events according to the client's playbook and standard operation procedures (SOPs) * Perform additional analysis of escalations from Tier 1 Analysts and conduct case review * Assist with containment of threats and remediation of environment during or after an incident * Escalate high or critical severity level incidents to Incident Investigators * Consume threat intelligence and disseminate findings to relevant parties * Conduct hunting activities based on internal and external threat intelligence * Perform triage of service requests from customers and internal teams WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR * BA/BS in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Security, or Information Systems or related work experience * 4+ years of experience using event escalation and reporting procedures, managing security alerts within enterprise SIEM systems and performing network monitoring in a Cyber Security Operations environment * Demonstrated analytical expertise, close attention to detail, excellent critical thinking, logic, and solution orientation and to learn and adapt quickly * Understanding TCP/IP communications & knowledge of how common protocols and applications work at the network level, including DNS, HTTP, and SMB * Knowledge of how common network protocols and applications work at the enterprise level, including DNS, HTTP, and SMB * Knowledge of how the Windows file system and registry function * Must be onsite in Plano, TX (Monday - Friday, flexible work hours if possible) ABOVE AND BEYOND * Experience with Splunk and other SIEM platforms, Enterprise Intrusion Prevention Systems, Endpoint Detection tools, and other security products * Experience conducting incident response, forensics, and malware analysis efforts in large enterprise environments * Experience supporting incident investigations and providing detailed reporting * Experience working in a 24/7 SOC environment * Security certifications (e.g. Security+, Network+, CEH, SANS etc.) WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU TO APPLY * Current resume * Cover letter/summary expressing: o Why you are interested in working at Blackberry o The skills, strengths and expertise you will contribute to our diverse team of extraordinary talent and humble hearts Job Family Group Name: Professional Services & Consulting Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 Blackberry Limited Dallas TX
