The Voluntary Benefits Senior Analyst will provide voluntary benefit services including onboarding, enrollment, maintenance, off boarding, billing remittance, and claims management.

Key responsibilities will be as follows:

  • Leverage Accenture's health payor processes, best practices, and resources

  • Develop and manage internal and external customer relationships including situations in which no relationship previously existed

  • Perform simple to complex processes according to established business rules set by the client

  • Perform a range of tasks from complex to straightforward within the scope of the function

  • Assist in the identification, assessment and resolution of complex issues and problems

  • Decide within an available range of solutions/practices which are the most applicable

  • Seek advice and escalate issues when faced with tasks/problems outside normal scope of job

  • Assist supervisor with team activities including productivity reports and other operations related reports

  • Ensure that required service levels are met including turnaround time, productivity and accuracy

  • Make recommendations for quality and productivity improvements

  • Oversee and coordinate special projects as needed

Job Requirement:

Must be available for rotating schedule between 7 AM to 7 PM CT Monday-Friday

Knowesis is currently seeking a Policy Analyst Sr. Supervisor for a proposed contract with the Defense Health Agency (DHA). The Policy Analyst will be reviewing and amending policy drafts and proposing suggestions to improve the effects of existing policies. The Policy Analyst will also work closely with stakeholders to determine the goals and objectives of policies. Responsibilities for Policy Analyst: * Review and evaluate legislation and policies * Determine the benefits and drawbacks of existing policies * Propose suggestions to improve the effects of policies * Identify legal flaws in policies and recommend amendments * Edit and amend policy drafts as required * Liaise with stakeholders to determine needs and goals of policies * Gather data and produce reports on the qualitative and quantitative analysis * Analyze market trends and conditions Experience and Skills Skills: * High organizational and time-management skills * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Good interpersonal and social skills * Exceptional team player with a strong ability to contribute positively to a team environment Required: Legislative Affairs experience with a Government or non-governmental organization, to include evaluating legislation and responding to high-level inquiries; Lean Six Sigma certification. Desired: Experience as a Staff officer at the OSD or Military Department level. The successful candidate will reside in the local area or relocate within 15 days of the start date. No relocation is authorized.
