The Role

Korn Ferry is searching for a Recruiter to support one of our RPO clients based in Dallas, TX.

As a member of the Korn Ferry RPO division, the Recruiter will build and extend client relationships through excellence in recruitment process delivery including sourcing, screening, assessing, and marketing candidates to clients in an on-site environment. This role focuses on high touch candidate relationship management as well as customer focus and responsiveness in client facing activities. The Recruiter is the subject matter expert around applicant tracking systems, candidate sourcing methodologies and recruitment process effectiveness.

Key Accountabilities

  • Create and execute multi-channel sourcing strategy to source candidates meeting client profile and/or building talent pool for current and future requirements

  • Client Relationship Management - Conduct interactions with clients in a timely, professional and responsive manner

  • Identify & communicate continuous improvement opportunities and strategies

  • Conduct role briefing with client and set expectations for recruitment process

  • Process Management & Sourcing

  • Follow agreed client recruitment process for recruitment delivery

  • Use competency interviewing to identify and differentiate candidate in presentation and short-list process

  • Candidate Relationship Management

  • Effectively communicate position opportunity and client value proposition

Skills & Experience

Required Skills:

  • 3+ years of full cycle recruitment experience

  • 1+ years of class based recruitment experience

  • 3+ years of experience conducting competency/behavioral based interviews

  • 3+ years of Applicant Tracking System experience

  • 2+ years of client facing experience interacting with Hiring Managers throughout the recruitment process

  • 2+ years of experience developing and executing sourcing methodologies to include: market mapping, recruitment strategies and Boolean searches

  • 2+ years of conducting and documenting screening process including: resume pre-screening, telephone interviewing, short listing and designing questions/scripts for screening processes

  • High School Diploma

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with class based hiring

  • Experience in a metrics driven environment

  • Bachelor's degree

  • 5+ years of full cycle recruitment experience

Responsibilities The Recruiting Specialist is responsible for full life cycle recruiting of non-exempt, as well as, exempt job openings. The Recruiting Specialist will partner with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to identify and implement effective recruitment strategies, metrics (qualitative and quantitative) and activity tracking. Strong focus on sourcing passive candidates through networking, cold calling, complex internet searches and research. In addition, you will ensure a positive candidate experience with frequent communication throughout the process, including the sharing of feedback after hiring decision has been made. * Sources applicants, evaluates applicant qualifications, screens applicants, schedules/conducts interviews and checks references. * Responsible for utilizing the applicant tracking system (opening positions, cross-posting jobs to various internet sites, disposition candidate status through each step of the interview process and hiring/closing out candidates within the system). * Works with Hiring Managers & HR Business Partners to ensure understanding of current and future workforce needs. * Must be able to interact with all levels of Management and demonstrate a consultative approach to sourcing/recruiting. * Collects and analyzes data on recruitment activities, applicant flow, interviews, hires, transfers, promotions, and terminations. * Develops and maintains contacts with educational institutions, employment agencies, placement firms, and other sources of applicants. * Participates in off-site recruitment activities including college/university career events and a variety of professional job fairs/hiring events. * Manages programs/projects independently, working effectively with internal Hiring Managers. * Partner with 3rd party vendors to drive recruitment process, when necessary. * Uses best practice recruiting methods, as well as, develops new creative sources to execute on full lifecycle recruiting. Qualifications * Minimum of 2+ years of full life-cycle recruiting experience in a high volume service related industry, implementing and utilizing a variety of talent acquisition techniques. * The ideal applicant will have current experience with non-exempt and exempt recruiting. * Staffing / temporary agency recruiting experience is a plus. * Knowledge of advanced internet search techniques strongly preferred. * Proven experience driving the recruiting process, with accountability for meeting hiring goals. * Ability to partner with the Internal Recruiting Team, Human Resource Business Partners, Hiring Managers and interview teams, providing a consultative approach to hiring strategy. * Experience working with internal recruiting teams, hiring managers and interview teams to ensure job requirements are clearly understood and candidates are assessed against appropriate. criteria. * Must have experience using applicant tracking system software. * Independent worker, a self-starter, detail oriented, analytical and have ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. * Experience managing projects and the ability to cross train and build strong relationships in multiple verticals. * Strong analytical skill set along with the ability to create and determine recruitment metrics, forecasting and reporting. * Excellent technical proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. * Prior experience handling sensitive/confidential information required. * Total travel 10%: Local travel (Depending on District) 5%, overnight travel: 5%. * Education/Experience: 4 year college degree/2 - 4 years Compliance Obligations: It is the responsibility of every Iron Mountain employee: * to comply with all applicable laws, rules, regulations, and company policies * to exhibit ethical behavior in accordance with our Code of Ethics and Business Conduct * to complete required training within the allotted time frame Iron Mountain Dallas TX
