Purpose of Position
This is a part-time, non-benefited position. Only UND students are eligible to be hired in this position.
Duties & Responsibilities
Hours & Schedule
Junior Hawk Camp: June 25-27, July 29-31
Pee Wee Camp: June 25-27, July 29-31
College ID Camp: July 17-19
Skills Camp-Setting, Attacking/Blocking, Serve Receive and Defense: June 24, July 1, July 8, July 15
All Skills Camp I & II: July 10-12 and July 22 - 24
Team Camp: July 26 - 28 - (Essential)
Required Competencies
Experience with collegiate volleyball as either a player, coach, or graduate assistant.
Demonstrated knowledge in the area of: Teaching and training techniques unique to volleyball. Communication and interpersonal skills. NCAA rules and regulations.
Able to assess strengths of each individual camper and how to utilize them.
Monitor and evaluate the volleyball skill level of campers.
Ability to inspire and motivate.
Successful completion of a criminal history background check (CHBC)
Minimum Requirements
Experience playing volleyball at the club and collegiate level
Successful completion of a criminal history background check
