Job Title: Voice Systems Support/ Voice Analyst
Duration: 12 months

East Peoria, IL 61630

Candidate Responsibilities
The Voice Analyst will have primary accountability for IPT / voice systems support (level I / II).
Support must be completed adhering to all processes and procedures and all documentation requirements.
This role requires a very high degree of competency and experience with network and telecommunication voice systems in a large enterprise environment.


Typical Day
Primary duties include: Timely resolution of IPT related issues while maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction; maintenance, monitoring and support of all IPT and voice system infrastructure; IPT System administration; provide after-hours on-call support on a rotating schedule; perform system updates and upgrades during non-business hours (weekends)
Candidate must be able to work on-site.
Education Requirements:
Bachelor/Associates degree in a related field; 3 to 5 years of experience in voice implementations, and/or operations in a large corporate environment. Current Voice / Networking related Cisco certifications are highly desired (CCNP Voice or Collaboration, CCNA Collaboration, Cisco Voice and Unified Communications Administration (ICOMM), etc.
Technical Skills
Experience with Cisco Call Manager and Unity Connection and Presence required
Experience with working with TAC (opening cases, following up cases, following TAC direction)
Experience with telephony cabling, routing and trunking, configuring/troubleshooting VG224, etc Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills
Ability to deliver results, meet commitments and agreed deadlines
Desired

Skills:
Experience with Cisco IP Contact Center
Experience with traditional analogue voice PBX and multiplex systems would be advantageous Experience with Tandberg &/or TelePresence
Experience with UCS, VMWare
Strong customer focus
Ability to dig in and quickly understand technology and provide quick fixes or alternatives to keep end users flowing
Soft Skills
Effective communicator: The ability to document procedures, communicate issues, transfer knowledge
Excellent time management and work prioritization skills
Ability to work across cultural boundaries globally
Team player requiring minimal supervision, with ability to draw on the expertise and knowledge of the team to deliver the best solutions
Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
