*Projects the candidate will be working on: *

  • Various Call Routing projects and work requests for the UHC VCC Legacy.

  • Position to provide first level triage of all incoming Incidents, and supported ICM, ICNI, VCCD, PBX and routing services.

  • Ideal Background:*

  • Technical Voice background in Call Center Support.

  • Experience:*

  • Call Center support with focus on call flow development and routing logic.

  • Top Requirements:

  • Cisco ICM, Avaya PBX, Call Center support background.

  • Team and Team size:*

  • UHC E&I, C&S

  • Top Responsibilities:

  • Complete all User Stories and Incidents as assigned

  • Attend all Agile Team ceremonies and Project meetings

  • Software tools/skills:*

  • Avaya ASA and Cisco ICM UIs

  • Skills/attributes:*

  • Familiarity with Enterprise call centers, Experience with Avaya ASA and Cisco ICM interfaces

  • Nice to have:*

  • Experience working in an Agile team

  • Working Time:*

  • 8-hour US day shift
