*Projects the candidate will be working on: *
Various Call Routing projects and work requests for the UHC VCC Legacy.
Position to provide first level triage of all incoming Incidents, and supported ICM, ICNI, VCCD, PBX and routing services.
Technical Voice background in Call Center Support.
Call Center support with focus on call flow development and routing logic.
Cisco ICM, Avaya PBX, Call Center support background.
Team and Team size:*
UHC E&I, C&S
Complete all User Stories and Incidents as assigned
Attend all Agile Team ceremonies and Project meetings
Avaya ASA and Cisco ICM UIs
Familiarity with Enterprise call centers, Experience with Avaya ASA and Cisco ICM interfaces
Nice to have:*
Experience working in an Agile team
