We are excited to identify diverse men and women to join us through the Vocational Rehabilitation Field Manager role.

Duties and Responsibilities:

The field medical management positions support the local management team where assigned and directly report to the corporate Medical & Employee Health (MEH) Department in Fort Worth. This position will have regional clinical case management responsibility as well. MEH Field Program Managers are responsible for improving corporate health and productivity and for actively managing health related risk through the oversight and management programs, including but not limited to the following: Disability Case Management of on-duty injured employees, Vocational Rehabilitation Programs, Fitness for Duty Determinations of active employees and partners with Employee Assistance Programs and Health Promotion Programs.

Requires strong leadership qualities such that the MEH Department's vision, mission and programs are integrated and promoted into the day to day operations of the company.

25% Travel required, (mostly day travel)

Relocation assistance may be provided to those who are moving more than 50 driving miles from their permanent residence.



  • Must have reliable transportation to and from work.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree in Nursing or COHN Certification
  • Fully unencumbered nursing license
  • 5 years experience in medical case management preferably in a union environment, with demonstrable skills in program management, program implementation, building positive relationships, resolving conflict, and consensus building.
  • Requires knowledge of the interface between medical/health conditions and the workplace as well as health care delivery systems and the workplace.
  • Requires strategic planning skills in the design and implementation of health care management for injured workers, return to work planning, and a thorough understanding of the psycho/social/economic factors related to disability.
  • Must be knowledgeable of the Americans with Disability Act, and the Family Medical Leave Act.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Vocational Rehabilitation Counseling, or Nursing
  • Certified Case Manager (CCM)
  • Working knowledge of injury/care management and OSHA standards.
  • Previous experience working with Human Resource Department programs resolving employee relations issues.
  • Knowledge of craft worker trait characteristics, ergonomics and the collective bargaining agreements in the railroad industry.
  • Trial and deposition experience.

In this role you will be responsible for the program that supports both new hire sales employees as well as existing field Splunker's who are new to sales roles. While this role does not require actual training delivery, you should be a natural leader and collaborator who is comfortable hosting events and managing a virtual classroom when needed. Responsibilities * Design, implement and manage virtual Global Field Onboarding Programs to ramp sales new hires efficiently and effectively across multiple roles * Partner with Sales Leadership and Enablement Productivity teams in theaters to identify sales onboarding gaps and gain insights to advise and prioritize existing and future onboarding program development focus areas * Oversee development of onboarding paths together with curriculum and instructional design resources that leverage a blended learning model to include virtual classroom, webinars and self-paced learning leveraging conventional and new technologies * Craft and manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring that internal and external partners understand scope, responsibilities, and key due dates. * Establish key performance indicators to track sales onboarding program efficacy; work with reporting team and Sales Operations team to further develop and maintain important metrics, dashboards, and reporting to make recommendations on onboarding improvements * Develop & operationalize a strong feedback loop which captures & prioritizes the metrics needs across onboarding programs. * Monitor and measure new hire and new-to-role progress (often through assessment/credentialing/badging status) and incorporate into continuous program improvement plans as well as communicate regular status updates to key partners across Field Enablement, Ops, and Sales Management/Leadership * Audit and ensure maintenance of sales onboarding learning paths, resources, and materials * Monitor Slack, e-mails, and various online and offline support channels to respond to Sales inquiries Requirements * 8 + years of sales enablement experience in a fast growing software organization * Proven track record in managing onboarding program design, development, and deployment successfully with measurable results in fast-paced environments * Operational skillset with ability to vision and build scalable, repeatable programs * Project management skillset (PMI certified a plus) * Ability to represent concepts, vision and objectives and communicate across enablement organizations and SMEs supporting the build of role relevant learning experiences * Well-organized; able to manage multiple tasks and results at one time, and prioritize in a high-pressure environment. * Collaborative and agile working style and successful at networking and building relationships to support cross team engagement and alignment * Experience and familiarity of working with Mindtickle or similar enablement platforms a plus * Previous sales (quota carrying) experience a plus * We are open to candidates anywhere in the U.S. (preferred East Coast or Central) We value diversity at our company.
