BASIC FUNCTION: Under the direction of an assigned supervisor, assist a certificated teacher in the management of the Regional Occupational Culinary Arts Program and supervise students in the preparation, service, and clean-up functions of the program.

Valid California Driver License
Must be ESSA/NCLB compliant by: Holding an AA Degree or completion of two years of study (minimum of 48 units) at an institution of higher education or pass a local academic assessment demonstrating knowledge of and the ability to assist in instructing reading, writing and mathematics.LICENSE & OTHER REQUIREMENTS:Prior to Employment: Holding or obtaining a California approved and accredited food safety certificate is required.EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:Any combination equivalent to graduation from high school and two (2) years of successful experience in food service related fields.
ADDITIONAL DOCUMENTS: The following documents are not required at the time of application but will be required of the selected applicant prior to employment: Department of Justice Fingerprint clearance, Tuberculosis Skin Test clearance, Pre-Employment Physical/Drug Screen clearance.
