Responsibilities

The VMS Account Manager is responsible for supporting client and candidate relations for all assigned VMS (vendor management system) accounts. The role directs and manages the strategy and execution to support VMS accounts. The VMS Account Manager works collaboratively with the Business Development, Recruitment and Sourcing teams. The role is accountable for driving metrics and scorecard performance. The VMS Account Manager is also responsible for supporting the development of additional opportunities within each of the VMS accounts.

Essential Functions

  • Support Business Development team with contracting process

  • Work with Manager, VMS Recruitment & Sourcing to develop client strategy

  • Sourcing & Recruitment plan

  • Selection criteria

  • Define and track metrics

  • Manage submittal process

  • Tracking of all submittals

  • Coordination of client interviews

  • Pipeline management by requisition

  • Implementation and on-going analysis of scorecards

  • Goals

  • Trending

  • Oversee the invoicing process for all assigned VMS clients

  • Review weekly timecard report

  • Adherence to contractual billing obligations

  • Ensure optimal margins bill/pay rates

  • Manage issue resolution process

  • Operational point of contact for all VMS clients

  • Responsible for client and candidate satisfaction process

  • Proactively develop additional opportunities within assigned VMS accounts

  • Accountable for system needs and compliance for assigned VMS accounts

  • Establish metrics and KPI's to drive effectiveness for all assigned VMS accounts

  • On-going data analysis of internal operational data for assigned VMS accounts.

  • Support creation of an environment of continuous improvement

  • Provides support to Business Development, Marketing, and Finance teams as needed

  • Perform other duties as requested by Vice President, Client Delivery

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree is preferred. However, candidates without degrees may be considered if they have extensive experience.

Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience within a contract staffing organization

  • An extensive understanding of contract staffing within Vendor Managed accounts

  • Exceptional problem solving skills

  • Superior written and verbal communication and presentation skills

  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems tracking and reporting

  • A very high level of proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Project

Job Description As our Account Manager, you will work as a consultative partner to key Club Automation customers, providing excellent customer service and building rapport with key contacts. You will help to identify new service and/or product opportunities and coordinate as necessary with Sales. As a liaison between the customer and Club Automation, you will serve as an internal client advocate. You'll be responsible for... * Managing relationships with key customers across multiple platforms and serving as their primary contact * Maintaining a comprehensive understanding of the Club Automation product and having the ability to communicate overall value * Serving as first layer of escalation management for customers * Proactively ensuring satisfaction of assigned client base through periodic conference calls and client visits. * Communicating and promoting key Club Automation initiatives to the customer (e.g., user group meetings, product enhancements, etc.) to ensure thorough product adoption and to drive retention. * Overseeing customer projects, resolution of critical service issues, and follow-up to quality survey feedback. * Identifying new service and/or product opportunities and coordinating as necessary with Sales and Product. * Adhering to standard Club Automation tools and processes (i.e., tracking calls and cases in SFDC, etc.) for recording and responding to service activities (i.e., customers visited, presentations made, etc.). * Mentoring and coaching less tenured or newly hired Services associates on product knowledge, process and procedures and relationship skills. * Being available to travel 25%. Qualifications You NEED to have... * 1-2 years demonstrated proficiency in managing larger more complex client account relationships with multiple products and/or experience with Club Automation products and customers.
