Execute and maintain Burberry Visual Merchandising guidelines within assigned Wholesale locations in the NY/Metro area. Working in partnership with the store teams, ensure that visual standards are maintained through an underlying commitment to always putting the brand first, being customer centric and driving sales.

In partnership with each wholesale account, coordinate and execute weekly floor changes utilizing corporate Visual Merchandising guidelines across all channels.
Implement creative installations and Marketing activations within assigned area according to corporate standards and timelines.
Actively participate with wholesale partners to make the best visual decisions for the store business while maintaining the corporate Visual standards.
Communicate regularly with in-store management and in-store visual teams regarding merchandising initiatives, display standards and installations. Provide feedback on strengths, as well as opportunities for the store to elevate the brand presence through product flow/adjacencies/adherence to guidelines and principles.

Ensure that Burberry is presented in an elevated way which is indicative of a luxury brand by being detail orientated and understanding the client experience, through special installations, product placement, etc.
Understand the business needs of the store by working closely with the in-store management, as well as corporate partners to ensure key investments are represented in a brand approved way.

Partner with account management and other relevant in-store team members to plan and implement floor moves.
Ability to speak with enthusiasm about the brand and product.
Ensure all merchandise, mannequins and props are accounted and cared for appropriately, and any issues concerning lighting or fixtures is communicated promptly.
Support with photographic requests to the Corporate Visual team.

Regularly assess and execute product merchandising of all categories to ensure Burberry standards are maintained and brand integrity respected.
Be creative and put forward visual ideas and suggestions.
Participate in Visual Merchandising training sessions in partnership with the Senior Visual Manager and/or Area Managers.
Instill accountability with every partner to maintain visual standards on a regular basis.
Develop VM capabilities of the store teams through continual training and feedback.
Understand specific regional nuances and suggest visual adaptions based on local clients.
Comprehensive understanding of Visual Merchandising (3-5 years visual merchandising experience preferably with a high-end luxury brand). Wholesale experience a plus.
Ability to work within a cross-functional team.
Ability to climb a ladder, lift clothing, props, mannequins etc.
Flexibility to work a retail schedule including working late nights, early mornings, weekends and holidays when required. May be required to travel to other stores.
Self-motivated and confident; with exceptional communication skills, ability to collaborate and problem-solve.
Strong attention to detail and the passion to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficient in: Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Adobe Creative suites.
