Individual contributor position responsible for the creation and development of company-wide standards for visual merchandising displays and programs. May create and design presentation guidelines of products. May develop and coordinate the training materials to communicate these standards either directly to the store visual merchandising staff or through the field visual merchandising managers.

Preps stores for floor sets and maintains and replaces props and visual elements as needed. Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experience. 3-5 years experience in retail merchandising and visual.
