To support our initiatives, we are growing our team and searching for an experienced Visual Designer to be a creative partner and aid in the evolution of EXPLOs brand, creative platform and digital environments by working with internal and external stakeholders to build out a diverse set of offerings.
As our Visual Designer, you will develop designs based on user needs, business goals, and branding guidelines. Primary responsibilities include creating the concepts, artwork and layouts for digital projects based on creative briefs, and working within brand guidelines to create layouts that reinforce the brands style and voice through its visual touchpoints.

Must be authorized to work in the United States. No relocation available. Position is currently fully remote and may continue to be partially remote, however, this position is based in Norwood, MA. Exploration School and Exploration Learning, known as EXPLO, is an educational innovation organization. Each summer, since 1977, EXPLO offers pioneering experiential summer programs where students from more than 90 countries drive their own learning in a community that celebrates individual difference and seeks to find common ground.
Year round, EXPLO operates an educational R&D lab and studio out of the Exploration Center in Norwood, Massachusetts. The research and design work is used in EXPLOs in-person and online student programming, and is broadly shared through EXPLO Elevate, which works with schools, educators, and other not-for-profits across the world.
